How fast do you ship?
UtrendFashion.com understands that you want your item as fast as possible when you order and that’s why orders are shipped within 24-48 hours once your order is placed successfully. Please keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
How long does it take to receive my item?
We understand how important it is to you to receive your item as fast as possible and that’s why we provide different shipping options for your convenience. The time it takes to receive your item depends on which shipping option you choose during checkout. Our shipping options are described below.
1 Day Shipping – your item will arrive within 1 business day once it is shipped
2 Day Shipping – your item will arrive within 2 business days once it is shipped
3 Day Shipping- your item will arrive within 3 business days once it is shipped
Ground shipping – your item will arrive within 3-5 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. There will be a bouton in your email that says track my order. Just click on the button and it will show you the status of your order.
Do you accept return?
Yes, we accept return but because of health regulations, we cannot accept returns on any of the following items: panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, pasties glue, wigs and wig accessories, eyelashes, eyelash accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns on any items that have been worn or altered in any way. Clearance items cannot be returned. We can only exchange items that were on sale when you bought them.
How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your item please send your return request to our customer service using this email address email@example.com. Please remember that your item must be returned within 15 days of your delivery date and must be qualify for a refund based on our return policy in order to get a full refund.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in order to receive a refund.

Are your items new or used?
All items on our website are brand new. We do not sell used items. All items are in their original manufacture’s packaging.
How fast do you respond to emails?
If you have any question or concerns about a product, please do not hesitate to contact us. We respond to your message the same day we receive it. Emails are usually answered within minutes once we receive it.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes. There is a different size chart for each brand we have on the website. You can click on sizing info at the bottom of the website and you will see a list of the brands we offer. Please click on the brand’s name you would like to view the size chart for and it will give you all the sizing info.
Where do I find the name of the brand for my item?
If you want to know the name of the manufacture for the product you want to buy, please click on the product and you will see the brand name under the title of the product.
