If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Because of health regulations, we cannot accept returns on any of the following items: panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs, briefs, hosiery, pasties, shapewear with bottom, pastie glue, wigs and wig accessories, eyelashes, eyelash accessories. All Roma and Starline brand items on our website are not returnable. Any of the items described above returned to us will be discarded and no refund will be made. No exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse returns on any items that have been worn or altered in any way. Clearance items cannot be returned for any reason. All sales are final on all clearance items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or unfit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@utrendfashion.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
