Returns PolicyThank you for your purchase. We hope you like your new item. If for any reason you want to return your item, you are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of your purchase's date. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Because of health regulations, we cannot accept returns on any of the following items: panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs, briefs, hosiery, pasties, shapewear with bottom, pastie glue, wigs and wig accessories, eyelashes, eyelash accessories. All Roma, Party King and Starline brand items on our website are not returnable, only exchange is accepted. Any of the items described above returned to us will be discarded and no refund will be made. No exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse returns on any items that have been worn or altered in any way. No exceptions, No return on any of the following items Items not return on original packaging items that have been laundered items with tags removed items that smells of perfume, body odor, cigarette smoke items that have pet hair items that are stained or soiled items that have lotion or deodorant Clearance items cannot be returned for any reason. All sales are final on all clearance items. Halloween Season Return Policy Halloween costumes and accessories may be returned by October 21, unopened with receipt only. Items must be received exactly as originally shipped and undamaged or partial refund may result. We will accept returns and exchanges for qualified Halloween costumes and accessories that are received in our warehouse on or before October 21. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs (excluding weekends/holidays) once order has been placed and paid successfully. You will receive a tacking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days after you place your order, please email us at email@example.com and one of our staff will be glad to help you. Please keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends and holidays. Most shipping Carriers like FedEx and UPS do not deliver on those days so keep that in mind when calculating the number of days it will take to receive your item. Some items cannot be shipped to a P.O Box number. If you would like to ship an item to a po box number please let us know before ordering. Please keep in mind that if for any reason you refused your item from the shipping carrier when it is delivered, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You will also be responsible for the shipping fee if you want the package to ship back to you.
